AUTUMN UPDATE

Despite the recent and most welcome heat wave, Autumn draws in on what has been a most successful summer in which we have sold the remaining units in our Marylebone development in Shillibeer Place and completed sales on some of the apartments in Kensington Church Street.

Meanwhile work goes on at a pace with our scheme in Pont Street where we have created three high end apartments specified throughout by internationally recognised interior designers, Helen Green. This development, which is situated just around the corner from Harrods, will be launched early in November this year and will be followed a couple of months later by the completion of a magnificent, luxuriously appointed mews house fronting on to exclusive Pont Street Mews.
