Leighton & Henley is pleased to offer prospective purchasers the opportunity to redesign the internal layout of their new homes. All redesign ideas will be considered by the Company, however, there will be certain limitations arising out of structural requirements, planning permissions, building control regulations and other physical restrictions.

The above specimen floor layouts show how Leighton & Henley was able to accommodate the requirements of four different purchasers of similar houses at their Watson’s Walk development in St Albans.

One way of looking upon the opportunity to design your own floor layouts is that you have the choice of several house plans all on the same site.

Where alteration works can be carried out at no extra cost to Leighton & Henley, there will be no charge for this service, however, where additional construction costs are incurred, these will be added to the sale price of the completed flat or house.

A condition of this service is that purchasers will have to have exchanged contracts in the purchase of the property prior to or close to commencement of constructional works on site before the Company will be able to enter into any agreement to build to purchasers’ specific requirements.
