Gossoms End, to the western end of Berkhamsted, is not only convenient for local access, but also lies close to some of the area’s most outstanding Chilterns countryside.

National Trust owned Berkhamsted Common and Ashridge Park provide thousands of acres of rolling woodland and deer park with two of the finest golf courses in Hertfordshire on the doorstep. A little further to the north and you have Ivinghoe Beacon, Tringford and Wilstone Reservoirs for anglers, walkers and bird lovers, while Whipsnade Wild Animal Park provides entertainment for the whole family.

However, the commuter will appreciate that Berkhamsted station provides regular high speed services to London (Euston, approximately 35 minutes), whilst the A41 can be easily reached on the southern edge of town and leads to the M25 at junction 20 thus providing direct access to the national motorway network and international airports including Luton, Heathrow and Gatwick.
